DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

 

1. Parties

Buyer (Customer):
The name, address, and contact details provided by the Buyer during the order process shall be deemed valid.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller’s website.

3. Product and Order Information

The type, quantity, brand/model, color, unit price, and payment details of the products are as stated at the time of order.

4. Delivery and Performance

• Products are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer.
• Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery time may vary depending on the destination region.
• Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
• The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.

5. Payment and Invoicing

• Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other electronic payment methods.
• Payment transactions are processed through secure payment service providers (such as iyzico).
• The Seller does not store or save any credit card information.
• Invoices are issued based on the information provided during the order process.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

• The Seller must be notified in writing.
• The product must be unused, complete, and in resalable condition.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Exceptions:
The right of withdrawal may be restricted for medical and hygiene-related products, in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

7. Return Process and Refund

• Returned products are inspected upon arrival.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds are made using the original payment method.
• If the product is not defective, return shipping costs may be borne by the Buyer.

8. Defective Products

If the Buyer detects any defect or damage upon delivery, they must notify the Seller within 48 hours. In such cases, replacement or refund will be processed free of charge.

9. General Provisions

• By confirming the order, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement electronically.
• This confirmation has the legal effect of a written signature.
• The Seller has provided all pre-contractual information regarding the product, price, and payment terms.
• The parties agree that this agreement complies with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

10. Competent Authority

In case of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye shall be authorized.

11. Entry into Force

By placing an order on the website, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.
